Everything at BodyMindBrain begins with a conversation, but if you’re ready to take a first step, this page explains what that looks like.

The work is assessment and practitioner-led and individually tailored.

Where would you like to start?

Weekly integrated sessions

You want to work on both sides of the equation:  performance and recovery patterns, and the physiological regulation that makes change possible and sustainable. Week by week, in one session.

Each session is 90 minutes, combining performance and recovery psychology with one technology intervention: neurofeedback,  IHHT or EMS to support regulation, energy and capacity

This is the right starting point if you want an ongoing working relationship that addresses mind and body together from the beginning.

The integrated weekly session. In person £140

I want to get clear on what’s happening

The Performance & Recovery Deep Dive is a structured 90-minute consultation combining a pre-session stress-recovery questionnaire with a clinician-led review of your demand profile, recovery gaps, nervous system state, behaviour patterns, and performance beliefs. You leave with a written plan , clear priorities and a practical 2–4 week starting point, delivered in a 60-minute follow-up session.

This is the right starting point if you want to understand what’s actually costing you capacity before deciding what to do about it.

Technology Starter Session

This is a 90-minute in-person session including an assessment, a review of your goals, an introduction to how the technology works, and your first experience of the technology: neurofeedback, IHHT, or EMS, depending on what’s most relevant for you. It’s designed to give you a clear sense of what to expect and how the work will progress.

This is the right starting point if you’ve been pointed toward a specific technology, have done your research, or want to experience it before committing to a programme.

What Happens After The First Step?

After the initial meeting, you can schedule follow-up review sessions to stay on track, sign up for a 10-session tech package, or join the Reset Programme.

Follow-on packages

After an initial session or assessment, structured implementation or technology training packages are available for ongoing work.

Ongoing technology packages

10 sessions IHHT — £700

10 sessions Neurofeedback — £700

10 sessions EMS — £700

10 sessions Combined Neurofeedback & IHHT — £1,000

Practitioner-led throughout. Sessions are scheduled once or twice weekly to support adaptation and measurable change. The technology is the primary tool, but every session takes place within a clinically informed context. What you notice, what shifts, and how that connects to your wider pattern is part of the conversation. That’s what distinguishes this from a technology centre.
