Everything at BodyMindBrain begins with a conversation, but if you’re ready to take a first step, this page explains what that looks like.
The work is clinically guided and individually shaped. Most people begin with one of two entry points, depending on where they’re arriving from and what they already know they need.
Where would you like to start?
I want to understand what’s driving my pattern and build a plan.
The Performance & Recovery Deep Dive is a structured 90-minute consultation combining a pre-session stress-recovery questionnaire with a clinician-led review of your demand profile, recovery gaps, nervous system state, behaviour patterns, and performance beliefs. You leave with a written plan , clear priorities and a practical 2–4 week starting point, delivered in a 60-minute follow-up session.
This is the right starting point if you want to understand what’s actually costing you capacity before deciding what to do about it.

I know I want to try the technology.
The Technology Starter is a 90-minute in-person session combining a goals and suitability assessment with your first experience of the technology: neurofeedback, IHHT, or EMS, depending on what’s most relevant for you. It’s designed to give you a clear sense of what to expect and how the work will progress.
This is the right starting point if you’ve been pointed toward a specific technology, have done your research, or want to experience it before committing to a programme.

What Happens After The First Step?
After the initial meeting, you can schedule follow-up review sessions to stay on track, sign up for a 10-session tech package, or join the Reset Programme.
Follow-on packages
After an initial session or assessment, structured implementation or technology training packages are available for ongoing work.
Ongoing technology packages
10 sessions IHHT — £700
10 sessions Neurofeedback — £700
10 sessions EMS — £700
10 sessions Combined Neurofeedback & IHHT — £1,000
Practitioner-led throughout. Sessions are scheduled once or twice weekly to support adaptation and measurable change. The technology is the primary tool, but every session takes place within a clinically informed context. What you notice, what shifts, and how that connects to your wider pattern is part of the conversation. That’s what distinguishes this from a technology centre.
Ongoing coaching and implementation support
For those who want support putting the plan into practice — staying on track through busy periods, refining habits and patterns as things shift, and building momentum over time. Coaching packages are tailored to need and discussed following the initial assessment.
