The 10-Step Rental Process:
- Get in touch – Reach out with any questions. We love explaining how NeurOptimal® works and how it could support your specific goals or challenges.
- Set your dates – We’ll agree on your preferred rental start and end dates.
- Review the rental agreement – You’ll receive a straightforward online contract to review and sign when you’re ready.
- Confirmation & training materials – Once signed, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking, along with all training resources and instructional videos.
- Complete payment – Payment is made in full before you receive the system.
- Delivery or collection – You can collect the system from our Hove office, or we can courier it to your door. You’ll receive a photo of the package when it’s dispatched so you know it’s on its way.
- Start your training – Once the system arrives, you can begin right away using the resources provided. Prefer a walk-through? We’re happy to arrange a video call to guide you through setup.
- Midway check-in – We’ll check in halfway through your rental to see how you’re getting on. Of course, you can reach out to us anytime with questions.
- Need more time? – If you’d like to extend your rental, let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure the system remains available for you.
- Wrap-up & return – At the end of your rental, we’ll be in touch to coordinate a smooth return of the system.
