6 Week Nervous System Reset Programme
Rebuild your capacity to recover and perform without burning out.
There’s a Reason You’ve Been Feeling This
Modern life places extraordinary demands on our nervous system.
When stress becomes chronic, yet normal, anyone can become vulnerable to burning out, feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unable to switch off, even when resting.
This programme is for ambitious adults who’ve worked hard to build a full and meaningful life, and know their body and mind now need some support to keep up with the pace. If you’re considering this because of burnout, you might want to read my Executive Burnout & Nervous System Recovery guide, which explains what’s happening in more depth.
If you’re functioning on the outside but tired of powering through, feel worn down, wired, or disconnected on the inside, and need renewal, this is your reset.

Programme Flow
Week 1-2: Assessment and Baseline
Assessment and nervous system mapping. Here we take a baseline measurement of your stress and recovery score and map out your nervous system and recovery habits. You will complete your first four advanced technology assisted recovery sessions.
Weeks 3–4: Adaptation & Strengthening
Breathing assessment & training. Continued, brain and physiological reset, recovery strategy building, behavioural shifts.
Weeks 5–6: Integration & Performance
Consolidate resilience, build long-term recovery intelligence, create your future plan.
Testimonials
I want to share my positive experience with the Neurofeedback and reset programme. I’ve found it extremely helpful.
I’ve enjoyed the Neurofeedback training. It’s interesting, and I’ve noticed a shift right after the session and in my day to day life. Overall, I feel calmer and more aware of the present moment and myself.
I’ve really enjoyed my sessions and the oxygen and neurofeedback are very relaxing. I know I have further to go in my reset, but I’m on my way, and my HRV has increased and my resting heart rate has lowered, which I am happy about. I’d recommend this to anyone who needs to prioritise stress recovery.
Would recommend to anyone looking to sort their stuff out! Great double angle of working with the sub conscious then speaking to the conscious for a super effective way of improving the quality of your life.

What if I feel I need longer than six weeks?
Many people notice meaningful shifts within six weeks, increased calm, clearer thinking, steadier energy, and better recovery.
However, everyone’s nervous system adapts at its own pace. Some clients complete the reset and continue independently; others choose to move into a lighter integration phase to deepen and sustain progress.
Together, we will review your progress at the end of the programme and decide what feels most supportive for you.
Can I go at a slower pace?
The structure – 2 neurofeedback, 2 IHHT and one resilience session per week is intentional.
It matches how the nervous system and your physiology adapt best: through repetition and momentum.
If your schedule cannot accommodate 2 sessions per week, then once per week is possible, but this slower pace brings on slower changes. It would involve weekly sessions alternating between a 45-minute tech session one week and then a 90-minute combined tech and psychology session the next.
What if I can’t attend in person?
There is also a home-based version of this programme using remote neurofeedback and weekly online coaching.
If travel, location, or flexibility are important to you, we can discuss whether the home format would suit you best.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Everyone responds differently, but many clients notice changes within the first few weeks, such as deeper sleep, calmer reactions, improved clarity, and a sense of “coming back online.”
This programme builds momentum first, then stability. You’re retraining the system that regulates how you feel.
Is this like therapy?
No, this is not like traditional talk therapy.
It combines:
-
nervous system education
-
breath and somatic practices
-
performance and recovery psychology
-
neuro-technology and oxygen therapy to accelerate adaptation
You will gain practical tools and physiological change, not just insight.
If therapy is a better fit, I will always guide you toward the right support.
Can I speak to someone before joining?
Yes, all clients begin with a short call to make sure this programme is right for you, your goals, and your current life circumstances.
You don’t need to have it all figured out; we’ll walk through it together.
Why do you use IHHT (Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training)?
IHHT targets regulation and recovery from the bottom up, at the level of the body’s cells and mitochondria.
How does it work?
During an IHHT session, you alternate between breathing low-oxygen (hypoxic) and high-oxygen (hyperoxic) air while resting comfortably.
These brief, gentle shifts mimic the kind of adaptive stress the body experiences during physical training or when exposed to moderate altitude.
In response, cells become more efficient at using oxygen, clearing waste, and generating clean energy (ATP).
What it Supports
Over repeated sessions, this promotes:
-
Improved energy production and fatigue resistance
-
Better autonomic balance (nervous system stability)
- Improved cognitive function
-
Reduced inflammation and oxidative stress
-
More efficient recovery after mental or physical demand
How does IHHT support the nervous system?
From a nervous system point of view, IHHT helps build the physiological foundation of resilience: your body’s ability to create and manage energy for regulation, repair, and focus.
When your energy systems are working well, your brain and nervous system can stay steadier under stress with less effort.
How does it work with Neurofeedback?
- IHHT trains the body side of the stress–recovery loop – energy, mitochondria, physiology.
-
Neurofeedback trains the brain side – patterns of activation, regulation, flexibility.
Used together, they help retrain both sides of the loop so your nervous system becomes more responsive, adaptive, and balanced.
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback helps your brain learn to regulate itself, in the same way physical training helps your body build strength and coordination. It’s a form of training.
What happens in a Neurofeedback session?
-
Small sensors are placed on your scalp to read your brain’s electrical activity.
-
You sit comfortably and listen to music or audio.
-
When the software detects abrupt shifts that often reflect turbulence or inefficiency in brain activity, it creates tiny interruptions in the sound.
Those micro-pauses act like a real-time mirror: your brain notices the change in feedback and automatically self-adjusts, just as your posture naturally changes when you see yourself in a mirror.
Over time, your brain learns to spend more time in efficient, stable patterns and less time in dysregulated ones.
How does this help my nervous system?
As your brain becomes better at self-regulation, people often notice:
-
Improved ability to switch out of fight-or-flight mode
-
Greater emotional steadiness and resilience
-
Better sleep and clearer focus
-
Enhanced adaptability under stress and after demanding days
This kind of top-down stability supports the rest of the nervous system and makes other forms of recovery work more effectively.
Why is Neurofeedback a cornerstone of this programme?
Neurofeedback is a cornerstone of nervous system retraining because it directly trains the organ that coordinates everything else: the brain.
By repeatedly giving your brain precise, real-time feedback, it helps restore its natural capacity for self-regulation, making it easier to feel calm, focused, and steady, without having to “try” so hard.
This is all new to me, can I do an initial trial?
Yes, you can. If you can make it to my office in Hove, then you can come and do an initial trial session, which will include both technologies and a brief assessment with me. This will take 90 minutes and cost £180.
Still have questions? Let’s talk them through.
