Whichever direction you feel drawn to—recovery and regulation, or performance and capacity—the first step is to meet 1:1, understand what’s going on, and experience the work for yourself. You’ll leave with clarity on the best next step, be it weekly work with me, a programme, or a tech package.

Two Possible First Steps

 

Option 1

Performance and Recovery Consultation

For recovery + regulation + performance psychology, with one tech element

90 minutes – £140

In this session, we will:

  • map your current stress + recovery patterns (psychology and physiology)

  • make a plan for growing your resilience

  • run one technology (Neurofeedback, IHHT or EMS, based on goals and suitability)

  • agree your best next steps (weekly follow-on sessions, a technology package or a programme).

Option 2

Technology Starter Session

For people who already want a tech-based approach

1 hour – £100

This is for you if you’re mainly interested in Neurofeedback / IHHT /EMS and want a starter session to trial the approach and see if it’s right for you. We’ll do a shorter suitability assessment, clarify goals, and run your first tech session so you know what to expect and how we’ll progress.

What Happens After The First Step?

After the initial meeting, you can choose weekly sessions for a more supportive element, so you can find your way back to resilience, or you can sign up for a tech-only package to boost your physiology for deeper recovery and a return to regulation and performance.

Tech-Only Session Packages

Structured training for boosting performance

£700-1000

10 × IHHT – £700

10 x Neurofeedback – £700

10 x EMS – £700

10 × Combined NF, IHHT or EMS – £1,000

Ideal if you’re ready for structured, measurable training in how your cells and nervous system handle stress and endurance demands, offered after an initial Starter Session. All sessions, single or combined, are offered once or twice weekly on consecutive weeks to promote necessary adaptation.

Weekly Combined Stress and Recovery Psychology & Technology Sessions

£140 – 90-minute sessions with psychology + one technology

These are weekly combined sessions that integrate stress and recovery psychology with one, and sometimes two, technologies (Neurofeedback, IHHT, or EMS) to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and stress resilience.

Over years of combining psychological work with physiological tools, I’ve found this integrated approach creates more embodied change than talking alone. This is now the only way I work in person.
