Performance and Recovery Deep Dive

Assessment & Plan

This is for you if you want a practical, psychology-led plan to build resilience under sustained stress and to increase capacity for daily life. This is Performance and Recovery Psychology for Sustainable Performance, with a focus on recovery habits, thinking patterns, boundaries, and the structure of work and home life. You’ll leave with clear priorities and a realistic rhythm of changes and micro-habits that help you stay in balance and feel more in command of life’s demands.

Includes:

  • pre-intake performance/ recovery questionnaire

  • scoring/analysis to guide the session

  • 90-minute consultation

  • 1–2 page written plan (summary,  priorities + recommendations) delivered within a 60-minute follow-up session

  • works as a one-off clarity session, with optional follow-ups for implementation and  accountability

Outcome: clear priorities + a realistic plan you can follow.

    Sleep and Recovery Deep Dive

    This is for you if you want a practical, stress-informed plan to improve sleep where overactivation, poor recovery, or disrupted patterns are getting in the way. This is a Sleep & Stress Recovery Consultation, with a focus on stress–recovery balance, sleep and night waking patterns, breathing and physiological activation, wind-down habits, and the daytime factors that affect your ability to switch off and recover well. You’ll leave with clear priorities and a realistic rhythm of changes and micro-habits to support more settled nights and better recovery.

    Includes:

    This is for you if you want a practitioner-led, physiology-based approach to build regulation, steadier energy, and physical resilience. We use advanced training technologies to improve stamina, oxygen delivery, strength, and stress regulation, so your baseline becomes steadier, and recovery is easier.

    A structured 6-week process combining functional breathing assessment, guided breath retraining, and practical coaching to improve breathing patterns, reduce over-breathing and stress reactivity, and support calmer physiology, better sleep, steadier energy, and greater resilience under daily demand.

    What Happens After The First Step?

    After the initial meeting, you can schedule follow-up review sessions to stay on track, sign up for a 10-session tech package, or join the Reset Programme.

    A structured next step designed to help you put the plan into practice, consolidate the changes, and build momentum over time.

    Support is tailored to your needs and may include psychology-led sessions, practical recovery training, and, where appropriate, selected tech-supported sessions.

    Practitioner-led Technology Training

    Structured training for recovery and resilience

    £700-1000

    10 sessions IHHT Package – £700

    10 sessions Neurofeedback Package – £700

    10 sessions EMS Package – £700

    10 sessions Combined NF and IHHT Package  – £1,000

    These are practitioner-led training packages using neurofeedback, IHHT and/or EMS—guided, supported, and adjusted by me throughout. I help you make sense of what your system is doing, refining what helps, and recommending how to support the process outside of sessions.
    Available after your initial Starter Session. Sessions are scheduled once or twice weekly for 10 sessions to support adaptation and measurable change.
