Option 1

Resilience and Capacity Consultation

(in person or online)

£275

This is for you if you want a practical, psychology-led plan to build resilience under sustained demand and to increase capacity for daily life. This is Resilience Psychology for Sustainable Performance, with a focus on recovery habits, thinking patterns, relationship dynamics, and how work and home life are structured. You’ll leave with clear priorities and a realistic rhythm of changes and micro-habits that help you stay in balance and feel more in command of life’s demands.

Includes:

  • pre-intake performance/ recovery questionnaire

  • scoring/analysis to guide the session

  • 90-minute consultation

  • 1–2 page written plan (summary,  priorities + recommendations)

  • works as a one-off clarity session, with optional follow-ups for implementation and  accountability

Outcome: clear priorities + a realistic plan you can follow.

    Option 2

    Technology Starter Session

    1 hour – £100

    This is for you if you want a practitioner-led, physiology-based approach to build regulation, steadier energy, and physical resilience. We use advanced training technologies to improve stamina, oxygen delivery, strength, and stress regulation, so your baseline becomes steadier, and recovery is easier.

    This starter session is to see if it’s a good fit for you. We’ll do a shorter suitability assessment, clarify goals, and run your first tech session so you know what to expect and how we’ll progress.

    Option 3

    Neuroptimal Neurofeedback Home Rental

    30 days, unlimited sessions – £950

    Neurofeedback is a brain-training technology that helps the brain and nervous system manage the stress response. If your stress response has become habitually activated, Neurofeedback can help your nervous system return to balance and help you feel more like yourself. The Neuroptimal Neurofeedback home rental option is ideal if you’d prefer to train at home and fit it into your schedule.

      Option 4

      Nervous System Reset Programme

      6 Weeks – £1850

      A structured 6-week process combining Neurofeedback, IHHT oxygen therapy, and Resilience Psychology to support steadier energy, a calmer mind, better focus and sleep patterns, and a stronger ability to recover from past or ongoing stress.

       

      • 2 sessions per week for 6 consecutive weeks
      • Session 1: (90mins) combined IHHT and Neurofeedback + recovery psychology
      • Session 2: (45mins) combined IHHT and Neurofeedback only 

       

      What Happens After The In Person First Steps?

      After the initial meeting, you can schedule follow-up review sessions to stay on track, sign up for a 10-session tech package, or join the Reset Programme.

      Resilience and Capacity Consultation Follow Ups

      1 hour – £100

      A structured review session to keep implementation on track. We’ll review what you have changed since your initial consultation and make a plan to support ongoing changes.

      Use these sessions for:

      • accountability and follow-through 

      • troubleshooting obstacles (travel weeks, workload spikes, disrupted sleep)

      • refining boundaries, recovery habits and rhythm

      • make a plan for next steps

       

      Practitioner-led Technology Packages

      Structured training for recovery and resilience

      £700-1000

      10 sessions IHHT Package – £700

      10 sessions Neurofeedback Package – £700

      10 sessions EMS Package – £700

      10 sessions Combined NF and IHHT Package  – £1,000

      These are practitioner-led training packages using neurofeedback, IHHT and/or EMS—guided, supported, and adjusted by me throughout. I help you make sense of what your system is doing, refining what helps, and recommending how to support the process outside of sessions.
      Available after your initial Starter Session. Sessions are scheduled once or twice weekly for 10 sessions to support adaptation and measurable change.
