How Does NeurOptimal® work?
NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is a brain-training technology used within the BodyMindBrain Method to help the brain and nervous system return to greater parasympathetic balance by optimising brain regulation.
It continuously monitors your brain’s electrical activity and provides real-time feedback, up to 256 times per second, whenever it detects a shift in brain state. The feedback, which is delivered through tiny interruptions in the music you’ll be listening to act like a mirror, allowing your brain to notice and reassess its own activity and self-correct.
Because the brain naturally seeks efficiency, it gradually lets go of unnecessary or suboptimal patterns. The result is improved self-regulation, greater calm, clarity, and adaptability under pressure.

What happens in a session?
During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp and ears to monitor brain activity, while feedback is delivered through small breaks in the music.
You simply sit back, relax, or even drift off while your brain does the work. There is no conscious effort required, the process is entirely non-invasive and effortless.
